3 Ways to Wear: Jean Jacket Edition

My jean jacket is an accessory staple in my closet. I mean, it's just so versatile! I also love this jacket because I added some personal flair to it by embroidering the back with a cute "save the bees" pattern and adding some enamel pins to the front to make this the ultimate "cool girl" jacket. Today, I'm going to show you 3 different outfit ideas using a jean jacket.

So first, here is my jacket. I got it from Target, so it was really affordable! I've been seeing personalized jean jackets all over TikTok and Instagram, so I wanted to make my own by embroidering this design onto the back.

Look #1:

For this casual look, I paired my jacket with a darker pair of denim shorts, a striped tank, and a fun dangling necklace. I loved the blue color palette with all of this denim, so I also added in a blue Calvin Klein handbag! The tank is from Target, the shorts are from Goodwill, and the bag is from Lord & Taylor. I think this look is perfect for a spring patio happy hour!

Look #2:

I like to be comfortable when I run errands, but I also want to look cute! This next look is perfect for being out and about and getting things done (i.e. going to Target). I paired some black leggings from Old Navy, a basic white cami, and cute tennies with my jacket. I also added this big tote bag, which is perfect for holding all of my shopping necessities. These shoes from ASICS are so comfortable when on the go too.

Look #3:

I can't resist cute bold prints, and this skirt is one of my favorites! This is definitely my "cool teacher" outfit for school. I paired the bird print skirt and blush tank with my jacket, and I rolled the sleeves up a little to show off the bracelet that I added. I got this skirt from one of my favorite local boutiques called PROPER + PRIM, so check them out! I also added a rose gold sandal and a Bolo style necklace to complete this work-wear look!
